A ritual to keep you and the social energy in balance. A break with just yourself.
A moment when you need to enter a calm. Rest.
Take time every day, maybe several times.
Especially when you feel that there is not enough time. Put away everything and sit down.
Collect yourself, breath.
Start the cycle.
Watercloud, drop, puddle.
Let the mind wander.
Breath calm, deep.
Notice how the water moves.
When the drops run out, take a deep breath.
Perhaps you start the cycle another round.
